Hired as a web designer here at HGTV with Scripps Networks. I work alongside people designing for the Food Network, DiY, FineLiving, GAC, and Shop at Home. We're all a big team working with on-air to make a synergy between what you watch, and what you type into the keyboard. My responsibilities include creating new web pages and email newsletters for the network as well as maintaining and housekeeping the site. This is a huge and active team environment with serious deadlines and non stop southern action. I adore it. I use Flash, CSS, basic HTML and all that other delicious web stuff. Clients included HGTV.com, various other Scripps Networks (Food, Fineliving, DiY) HGTV shows and talents, Todd Oldman, Kenneth Brown and more!

PA Renewable Energy Festival [March 2005 – 2006] Kempton, PA
Created the logo, printed materials and entire Identity of PA's first ever solar,wind,hydro power festival coming this fall. Created ads for print in national magazines such as HomePower and worked with printers to combine post-consumer papers and small print runs to achieve common goals at a reasonable cost.

Intern position that included working on internet promotions for clients such as Yahoo, Purina, Lutron and Allstate. Worked with complete staff and corporate representatives to create ads for the web using Flash and Dreamweaver.

Katie Stauffer Foundation [October 2005 – Feb 2006] Quakertown, PA
Teaching position for children's drawing class. Every Saturday for an hour and a half I teach a group of 6-9 year olds how to draw using geometry and their own skills to break down complex images into concepts and shapes.

Kutztown Area Democratic Club [July 2005 – July 2006] Kutztown, PA
As the lone designer, I created the identity and promotional materials for the club. This included one and two-color logos, posters, letterhead, shirts and prepar ing digital files for printing. Also designed and run their website. I’d like to think my efforts helped our local victory.
